Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms cover using bramsaugaunited.ca and becoming a member of Bramsauga United. By using the site or submitting a membership, you agree to them. They’re written to be plain and simple — if anything is unclear, just ask us.
01. Using the website
You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to anything on this site. Please don’t misuse it — for example, by trying to access the admin area without permission, submitting false information, or interfering with how the site works.
02. Club content
The Bramsauga United name, crest, photos, videos and written content belong to the club or to the people who created them, such as our partner photographers. You may share them with credit for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask us before using them commercially or editing them.
03. Membership
- Membership types, prices and what’s included are listed on the membership page.
- Fees are paid by Interac e-Transfer. Your membership becomes active once the club confirms your payment has arrived.
- A 1-year membership runs for one year from the date it’s activated. A lifetime membership doesn’t expire.
- The information you give must be accurate. Student or other reduced rates are for people who qualify, and we may ask for proof.
- Membership fees support the club and are generally non-refundable. If you paid by mistake or twice, contact us at bramsaugafc2022@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
04. Conduct
Members, players and supporters are expected to show respect to teammates, opponents, referees, volunteers and the community — on and off the pitch. The club may suspend or cancel a membership for serious or repeated misconduct.
05. Events and tournaments
We do our best to keep fixtures, results, dates and venues accurate, but schedules can change at short notice. Always check the latest news before travelling to an event. Taking part in sport carries a risk of injury; players take part at their own risk and should make sure they are fit to play.
06. Links to other sites
The site links to services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, sponsors and partners. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
07. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Bramsauga United isn’t liable for any loss resulting from using the site or relying on information on it.
08. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
09. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Questions: bramsaugafc2022@gmail.com or +1 (647) 830-3681.
